What amounts do you finance and what are the terms?
Since we work with so many different types of financing, there is no limit to the maximum loan size that Health One can provide patients.  Also, since each application is reviewed by more than one funding source, patients will receive the lowest market rate available to them.

How and when does my practice get paid?
Depending on the date of the surgery, most loans are approved and paid before the surgery is performed.

How do my patients apply?
Patients can apply several ways: Health One will provide your office with applications and informational brochures, which can be faxed or emailed directly to us.  If they do not want to apply at your office, they can apply directly on our web site, or over the phone through our customer service department.

How do I enroll my practice - what is the cost for enrollment?
Signing up with Health One is simple and free.  You can either complete the online physician information form or download the form and fax it to our office.  Health One will process this information and send your practice a welcome package, complete with informational brochures and customer applications.  Although the process is simple, a Health One representative will schedule an appointment with you to address any outstanding questions you may have.
